Just did a system restore to a point just before a critical update was applied via ms update 24 hours earlier and booted to the login. I have just purchased a brand new HP Spectre X360 Convertible (13 inch, i7 - Product number: N5R93UA#ABA) and its keyboard is not being turned on automatically on the Windows logon screen. Now click on Uninstall a program and the find Sypnatic in the list. If the Startup Menu screen does not open, the integrated keyboard hardware is not working. After installf8, without any problem, Windows 10 loaded up. Scroll down to “Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service”. Well my windows keyboard and mouse don’t work at login screen.
Check the Hide all Microsoft services option.
